This Privacy Policy explains how RizvaHub Team ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use the RizvaHub mobile application and related services (the "Service").
1) Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to information processed by us when you access or use the Service. It does not cover the practices of third parties we do not own or control.
2) Eligibility / Age
The Service is intended for users aged 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 17. If you believe a minor has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

RizvaHub allows you to document trips by adding photos, location tags, and personal notes to create a landscape diary and timeline. Depending on how you use the Service, we may process photos you choose to add, text you enter (notes, titles, descriptions), and location tags you apply to entries.
3.4 Location Data (only if you allow)
When you grant permission, we may collect and use location information, which may be precise or approximate depending on your device settings and permission choices. You can disable location permissions at any time in your device settings.
3.5 Automatically Collected Data
- Device information (e.g., device model, operating system version, language, app version)
- Usage data / analytics (e.g., features used, screens viewed, interaction patterns)
- Crash logs and diagnostic data (to help identify and fix reliability issues)
3.6 Cookies and Similar Technologies (where applicable)
If the Service includes web-based components (for example, embedded web views), we may use cookies and similar technologies (which may include web beacons) to keep you logged in, remember preferences, and improve security and performance. You can manage cookies through your device or browser settings where applicable.

5) Photos, Face Data, and Biometric Information
RizvaHub does not perform face recognition and does not collect biometric identifiers or biometric information for identification purposes.
If a photo you upload contains faces, we treat it as user-provided content and process it only to provide the features you request (e.g., attaching it to an entry). We do not use your photos for advertising or marketing.
If the Service provides any optional one-time content generation or enhancement features for photos or text, such processing is performed only when you choose to use the feature. Results are generated one time and, unless you choose to save them, are not retained. Photos and related inputs are not used to train advertising systems and are not used for marketing. By default, your travel entries are stored locally on your device unless you choose features that require server processing or syncing.
6) Optional Automated / AI-Assisted Features (If Enabled)
Some features may offer automated analysis or enhancement of your photos or text (sometimes referred to as "AI-assisted" features). If you choose to use such features:
- User control: You control whether to upload any photo or text for processing and whether to save any generated output.
- Processing location: Your photo/text inputs are processed on our own servers to provide the requested feature.
- No third-party sharing: We do not share your uploaded photo/text inputs or generated outputs with any third-party for these features.
- Deletion after processing: Once processing is completed, we delete the uploaded inputs from our processing systems promptly and do not retain them longer than necessary to fulfill the request.
- No training / marketing: We do not use uploaded inputs or generated outputs to train models for advertising, and we do not use them for marketing.
7) How We Share Information
We share information only as described below and only to the extent necessary:
7.1 With your consent
We may share information when you direct us to do so or otherwise provide consent.
7.2 With service providers (processors)
We may use trusted vendors to help operate the Service (for example, hosting, analytics, security, and customer support tooling). These vendors are permitted to process information only on our instructions and only for the purpose of providing services to us.
7.3 For legal and safety reasons
- Comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request
- Protect the rights, property, and safety of users, the public, or our Service
- Investigate and prevent fraud, security issues, or technical problems
7.4 Business transfers
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.

No system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, and you use the Service at your own risk.

- Account deletion: upon a verified deletion request, we delete or anonymize personal information within 30 days, unless legally required to retain it longer
- Usage analytics: retained for up to 12 months
- Customer support records: retained for up to 6 months
Retention may be adjusted as needed for legal compliance, security, or dispute resolution.
